MANGONADA WITH SPICY SWEET CHURROS

Ingredients

  • 1 Mangonada
  • 1 Churros
  • 2 TB Tajin
  • 2 TB Sugar
  • 2 oz Chamoy

Preparation

  1. Prepare Mangonada by putting frozen mangos, lime juice, mango nectar and ice, blend until smooth.
  2. Place in glass rimmed with Tajin.
  3. Drizzle in chamoy.
  4. Cook churros according to directions and toss in tajin and sugar.
  5. Place churros in Mangonada.
