Ingredients (yield 6 servings)
- 1 Brauhaus Pretzel™ 10oz. (Item #4497957374)
- 1 Brauhaus Pretzel™ 10oz. -- 2” cut pieces
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pint grape tomatoes-- halved
- 1 medium red onion-- large dice
- 2 scallions-- thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas-- sliced
- 1/2 cup torn basil leaves
Vinaigrette
- 6 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
- Brush pretzel pieces generously with butter and grill lightly, reserve
- Make vinaigrette by combining olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and spices in a small bowl with a whisk or food processor, reserve
- Combine vegetables and pretzel pieces gently with vinaigrette in a serving bowl
- Let salad rest 10-15 minutes then serve
