  • 1 Jumbo Bavarian Twist
  • 2 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 2 TB Chopped Scallions
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts, Finely Chopped
  • 4 oz Lump Crab Meat, Drained, Squeeze Dry
  • 3/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Whisk together cream cheese, mayo, scallions, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire, tabasco and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Fold in artichokes, crab and mozzarella.
  3. Place it in ramekin or oven proof dish.

  6. Pick up in microwave or oven.
