GOCHUJANG FRIED CHICKEN KIMCHI SANDWICH

Ingredients

  • 1 Giant Pretzel Roll
  • 1 Breaded Chicken Breast
  • 2 oz Gochujang Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Kim Chee
  • 2 Pickles
  • 1 oz Kewpie Mayo

Preparation

  1. Fry chicken for 7 minutes, remove from fryer and toss in Gochujang sauce.
  2. Griddle pretzel roll for 1 minute to warm.
  3. Place chicken on pretzel roll and top with kim chee and pickles.
  4. Spread kewpie mayo on top half of bun and close sandwich.
