Ingredients

  • READI-BAKE® 1.0 oz Sugar Cookie Dough Item #04035
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar

Preparation

  1. On a floured surface, roll dough sheet out ¼ inch thick. Cut into rounds with a 1½ -inch cookie cutter. Place on baking sheets.
  2. Top with a mixture of 1 egg white, 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut, and ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar.
  3. Bake at 350° F on parchment-lined baking sheets until just beginning to brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Cool slightly on baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
