Ingredients:
- 1 Soft Pretzel Braid – Item #3253
- 1 Highliner 3oz Crabcake
- 1 Tbs Tabasco Original Red
- 2 Tbs Great Lakes Cheese – Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 Tbs Sugar Foods Crispy Jalapenos
Preparation:
- Defrost Pretzel Braid and defrost Crabcake.
- Once crabcake is defrosted add in Tabasco and incorporate into the crab mix (cake).
- Spread out crabcake evenly over the top of the pretzel braid, top with mozzarella and bake in a 350*f convection oven for 4.4 minutes.
- Top with fried jalapeno crisps and serve warm
