Ingredients (yields 4 shareable servings)
Truffle Parmesan Pretzel Fries:
- 24 SUPERPRETZEL® Soft Pretzel Fries (Item # 30145)
- 4 tsp. truffle oil
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (1.75 oz)
Truffle Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Preparation:
Truffle Parmesan Pretzel Fries: Deep fry soft pretzel fries at 350° F for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown & crispy; toss with truffle oil.
Dijon Aioli: Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, truffle oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve soft pretzel fries with Parmesan cheese and chives. Serve with aioli sauce for dipping.
Tip:
Baked Soft Pretzel Fries: Preheat oven 425° and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown & crispy.
When tossing soft pretzel fries with truffle oil, sprinkle with 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh thyme.
