Ingredients (yields 4 shareable servings)
- 24 SUPERPRETZEL® Soft Pretzel Fries
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 2 tbsp diced onions
- 4 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
Preparation:
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef, steak seasoning for 8-10 minutes or until browned and cooked through; stir in Worcestershire sauce. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder and black pepper; set aside.
Deep fry Soft Pretzel Fries at 350°F for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown & crispy.
Top soft pretzel fries with beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. Sprinkle with bacon and drizzle with mayonnaise sauce.
Tip:
Baked Soft Pretzel Fries: Preheat oven 425° and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown & crispy.
For a spicy version, add 1 tbsp of your favorite hot sauce to the mayonnaise mixture.
