Ingredients

1 SUPERPRETZEL® Bavarian 24 oz. Soft Pretzel Item #7114
- Melted butter (2 oz)
- Italian herb seasoning
- 4 ounces marinated olives
- 4 ounces marinated peppers and garlic
- 1 package grapes
- 8 ounces assorted cheese cubed or sliced
- 12 ounces assorted cured meats like salami, prosciutto, Pancetta, chorizo
- Pastry brush
- Small serrated knife
Preparation
- Brush melted butter on top of pretzel.
- Sprinkle on Italian herb blend and bake @350°F for 6 minutes.
- Place on a wooden board.
- Arrange all ingredients on/in pretzel as desired.
- Use a knife to cut small slices off the pretzel.
