2 tablespoons Cholula® Original Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion (large diced)
1 green bell pepper (large diced)
1-14oz can pinto beans (drained)
1-14oz can black beans (drained)
1-14oz diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup sliced green onion

Preparation

In a medium to large pot add olive oil and cook onions and bell pepper on medium heat. Add ½ teaspoon salt and cumin. Add 2 tablespoons water if it starts to brown.

Mix in both cans of beans and Cholula until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Turn heat down to the lowest setting. And let simmer covered.

After 30 minutes taste and adjust spice as desired. Let simmer for a total of 4-6 hours.

Cut tops off of pretzel rolls and hollow center for the chili.

When chili is done, fill pretzel rolls with chili and top with cheese.

Place filled pretzel rolls and tops on a lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes @ 350°F until cheese is melted.
