Ingredients

1–The Funnel Cake Factory® Funnel Cake (Item #4508)

  • 1– 5″ Funnel Cake (thawed)
  • Key Lime curd– 6oz.
  • Whipped cream– 1 cup
  • Standard 16oz. Mason Jar– 1 each
  • Powdered sugar– as needed to garnish
 
Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Bake Funnel Cake for 5 minutes and let cool
  • Cut Funnel Cake in 1/2″ pieces and reserve
  • Layer Mason Jar with key lime curd, whipped cream, Funnel Cake pieces and repeat
  • Garnish with powdered sugar
