Ingredients (yield 6 servings)

1– Brauhaus Pretzel™ 10oz. (Item #4497957374) 

  • 1 Brauhaus Pretzel™ 10oz. — 2” cut pieces
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes– halved
  • 1 medium red onion– large dice
  • 2 scallions– thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas– sliced
  • 1/2 cup torn basil leaves

Vinaigrette

  • 6 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
 
Preparation
  • Brush pretzel pieces generously with butter and grill lightly, reserve
  • Make vinaigrette  by combining olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and spices in a small bowl with a whisk or food processor, reserve 
  • Combine vegetables and pretzel pieces gently with vinaigrette in a serving bowl
  • Let salad rest 10-15 minutes then serve
