Soft Pretzel Tacos

 
 

Ingredients

6 oz Raw Pretzel Dough Pucks (Item #3287)
10 oz Sam Adams® Boston Lager
1 tsp. Old Bay®
Tilapia fillet cut in half
1 cup of flour
 
 
  
Preparation
Roll out raw dough pack to 12”-14″ diameter
 
Cut out three 5” circles & dock them
 
Proof at room temp. for 20 minutes
 
Brush with sodium bath
 
Bake at 360°F for 5 minutes
 
Remove while hot and fold over 1” diameter rolling pin until cool
 
Dip tilapia in beer batter and fry in olive oil
 
Add green & red cabbage slaw and top with salsa
