Ingredients

1 SUPERPRETZEL® Bavarian Sweet Dough Soft Pretzel Item #7049
  • 1 Cup Whole Eggs
  • 1 Cup Half & Half
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Maple Syrup for Garnish
  • Fresh Berries for Garnish
  • Powered Sugar for Garnish
 
Preparation
  • Remove frozen sweet dough soft pretzels from freezer and thaw for 1-2 hours.
  • Combine eggs, half and half, vanilla extract and salt to create custard.
  • Score pretzels and dip in custard until well covered.
  • Deep fry battered soft pretzels.
  • Remove from fryer and plate.
  • Top with maple syrup, powdered sugar and fresh berries.
