1 Cup Whole Eggs
1 Cup Half & Half
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Maple Syrup for Garnish
Fresh Berries for Garnish
Powered Sugar for Garnish
Remove frozen sweet dough soft pretzels from freezer and thaw for 1-2 hours.
Combine eggs, half and half, vanilla extract and salt to create custard.
Score pretzels and dip in custard until well covered.
Deep fry battered soft pretzels.
Remove from fryer and plate.
Top with maple syrup, powdered sugar and fresh berries.
