  • 6” Bavarian Sub Roll-3 (thawed) (Olive Salad-1½ Cup finely chopped
  • Mortadella-27 slices
  • Provolone-27 slices)
  • Ham-27 slices)
  • Prosciutto-27 slices
  • Mozzarella-27 slices
  • Capicola-27 slices
  • Giardiniera- 1½ Cup finely chopped


  • Split rolls in half horizontally. Place an even layer of olive salad on bottom roll
  • Layer mortadella, provolone, ham, prosciutto, mozzarella and capicola evenly
  • Finish with an even layer of Giardiniera and place other half of roll on top
