4 BAVARIAN BAKERY® Slider Pretzel Rolls (Item #7107), thawed
1 Pear peeled, cored and thinly sliced and slightly salted
1 strip of bacon cooked and diced
30g melted butter
0.5g crushed red peppers
30g brown sugar
4 oz Gouda cheese to cover each side of bun.


Heat up a small frying pan and melt 18g butter and brown sugar together.Add pears, red pepper, bacon and turn heat up whiletossing frequently so not to burn sugar.Cook until water dissipates and pears are a golden brown color.

Brush outside of rolls with butter.

Place Gouda on bottom half topped with caramelized pear topped with another piece of Gouda, then top half of the roll.

In a hot panini press, grill sandwich laying top press on top and not smashing it down for 1 minute 15 seconds.
