4 BAVARIAN BAKERY® Slider Pretzel Rolls Item #7107, thawed
  • 1 Pear peeled, cored and thinly sliced and slightly salted
  • 1 strip of bacon cooked and diced
  • 30g melted butter
  • 0.5g crushed red peppers
  • 30g brown sugar
  • 4 oz Gouda cheese to cover each side of bun.

  • Heat up a small frying pan and melt 18g butter and brown sugar together.
  • Add pears, red pepper, bacon and turn heat up while tossing frequently so not to burn sugar.
  • Cook until water dissipates and pears are a golden brown color. 
  • Brush outside of rolls with butter.


  • Place Gouda on bottom half topped with caramelized pear topped with another piece of Gouda, then top half of the roll.


  • In a hot panini press, grill sandwich laying top press on lightly and not smashing it down for 1 minute 15 seconds.
