 8- CALIFORNIA Churros® 10″ Churros Item #40023510 cut into 2” pieces

  •  30 oz canned chili
  •  1 pack (12 oz) chorizo
  •  1 lb shredded cheese 



  • Preheat oven to 450°F or fryer to 350°F.Cook chorizo in medium pot. Add chili to the pot, stir until well incorporated then simmer for 20 minutes. Fry churros for about 2 minutes or bake on parchment lined sheet pan for 10 minutes until crispy. Add 1 layer of churros to bowl, cover with cheese then chili.
  • Repeat for second layer on top.
  • Serve warm.
