Ingredients: Makes 4-5 Servings

¼ Cup Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp. +1 Tsp. Dried Parsley
2 Tbsp. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp. +1 Tsp. Chopped Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sliced Green Onions for Garnish
 
Preparation
Deep fry slacked churros @ 360°F for 1-2 minutes.
Cut churros into 3″ pieces
Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
Add churros to mixing bowl and toss vigorously until well coated.
Top w/ sliced green onions and serve.
