Ingredients

1 Tbsp olive oil
12 slices of prosciutto
3 oz fontina
12 Tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan, as needed for garnish
oregano, as needed for garnish
kosher salt, to taste
 
Preparation
Thaw frozen braids on parchment lined pan at room temperature.
 
Preheat oven to 350° degrees Fahrenheit.
 
Score braids with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt liberally.
 
Layer prosciutto and fontina in each scored mark.
 
Top with mozzarella, grated parmesan, and oregano. 
 
Bake for 5-6 minutes.
