½ Thin-Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast
¼ Cup Black Beans
¼ Cup Salsa
Sour Cream for Garnish
Remove frozen jalapeno poppers from freezer and thaw for 1-2 hours.
Fry thawed jalapeno poppers at 350°F for 75-90 seconds.
Place jalapeno poppers on plate and layer grilled chicken, black beans, salsa and jalapeno on top.
Drizzle with sour cream and serve warm.
