2 THE FUNNEL CAKE FACTORY® Funnel Cakes Item #4503
  • 1 oz cooked chopped bacon
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and sliced
  • 4-6 oz grated cheddar cheese
 
 
Preparation
 
  • Preheat fryer to 350°F.
  • Fry funnel cakes for 1 minute 15 seconds from frozen.
  • Chop into sixths and arrange 1 funnel cake in the bowl.
  • Arrange another layer of funnel cake and top with chicken, onions, bacon.
  • Top generously with cheese and melt in microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Optional guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
