Ingredients

1 oz cooked chopped bacon
3 green onions chopped
1 chicken breast cooked and sliced
4-6 oz grated cheddar cheese
 
 
Preparation
 

Preheat fryer to 350°F.

Fry funnel cakes for 1 minute 15 seconds from frozen.
Chop into sixths and arrange 1 funnel cake in the bowl.
Arrange another layer of funnel cake and top with chicken, onions, bacon.
Top generously with cheese and melt in over or salamander.
Optional guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
