Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 80/20
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cheese slices, your choice
 
 
Preparation
 
Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
Form the meat into 3-ounce portions tightly packed.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the sliders on the grill and cook for 4 -5 minutes. Turn the sliders over with a spatula and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes, or cook longer if you prefer the sliders well done. When the sliders are about done, top with desired cheese and close the grill long enough to melt the cheese.
Place the slider on Bavarian Bakery® Bavarian Mini Coburg Rolls and finish with desired toppings.
