Ingredients
8 CALIFORNIA Churros® 10″ Churros (Item #40023510) cut into 2” pieces
30 oz canned chili
1 pack (12 oz) chorizo
1 lb shredded cheese 
 
 
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F or fryer to 350°F.Cook chorizo in medium pot.Add chili to the pot, stir until well incorporated then simmer for 20 minutes.Fry churros for about 2 minutes or bake on parchment lined sheet pan for 10 minutes until crispy.

Add 1 layer of churros to bowl, cover with cheese then chili.

Repeat for second layer on top.

Serve warm.
