Ingredients
1 SUPERPRETZEL® Bavarian 24 oz. Soft Pretzel Item #7114
 
 
 
  • Melted butter (2 oz)
  • Italian herb seasoning
  • 4 ounces marinated olives
  • 4 ounces marinated peppers and garlic
  • 1 package grapes
  • 8 ounces assorted cheese cubed or sliced
  • 12 ounces assorted cured meats like salami, prosciutto, Pancetta, chorizo
  • Pastry brush
  • Small serrated knife
     
     
    Preparation
  • Brush melted butter on top of pretzel.
  • Sprinkle on Italian herb blend and bake @350°F for 6 minutes.
  • Place on a wooden board.
  • Arrange all ingredients on/in pretzel as desired.
  • Use a knife to cut small slices off the pretzel.
