J&J Snack Foods manufactures a variety of nationally
marketed brands available for Branded Menu Programs.

We'll reward you with cash when J&J Snack Foods foodservice
brand names appear on your menu. Receive up to $75 per
establishment for each J&J Snack Foods foodservice brand
mentioned. Multi-unit operators can earn up to $500.

• $25 per establishment for one brand
• $50 per establishment for two brands
• $75 per establishment for three brands

To earn your reward, include the specific product, as well as
the brand name in your starter, entree or dessert menu
description. And remember, it's your signature menu item
made better with J&J Snack Foods' products.

This offer is limited to commercial foodservice operators only.
One menu mention offer per operator, per year. Distributors of
wholesalers are not eligible. Maximum earnings per location is
$75, maximum annual earnings per chain is $500. Offer valid
for menus in use between January 1, 2006 and December 31,
2009 that include the presence of J&J Snack Foods
foodservice brands. Offer does not apply to individual
operations of a multi-unit account that currently have a
corporate menu program with J&J Snack Foods foodservice.
Requests must be postmarked no later than February 1, 2010.
Allow four to six weeks to receive your rebate. J&J Snack
Foods foodservice reserves the right to audit requests for
